PERSONAL STYLING SERVICES & GIFT VOUCHERS
TERMS & CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all our services and are effective from the point at which a booking is made. From time to time, we amend our terms and conditions and reserve the right to do this at any time. We will provide you with an updated copy if you are affected.
BOOKING YOUR SESSION
Where we take a booking from you for a Personal Styling Session, we will take a 50% deposit to secure your booking, with the exception of gift vouchers where full payment is required on booking. The balance of your payment is due at least 48 hours before the date of your arranged consultation.
FEES
Our hourly rate is £50 per hour, we also have certain packages available to our clients which will be discussed at the time of booking.
PAYMENTS
All payments are taken via online banking. We are unable to process cheques or accept cash payments. A non refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking the balance payable at least 48 hours before your agreed consultation. With the exception of gift vouchers where full payment will be requested on booking. You will receive an invoice by email confirming the costs, details of your consultation/gift and how to pay.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
There maybe situations you need to reschedule your booking, please advise us as soon as possible of the need for a changed appointment. We will work with you to arrange a revised appointment as soon as possible. Please note that an administration charge of £10 will be added when less than 48 hours notice is given.
In the unusual event that we need to reschedule your appointment for an emergency, we will make every effort to find a suitable alternative appointment. If we are unable to offer a suitable alternative appointment then we will offer you a full refund.
REFUNDS
All payments made to EJK Style Consultancy for Personal Style Consultations are non-refundable unless we have made a written agreement with you. In the unlikely event we have to cancel your appointment and are unable to offer a replacement appointment we will offer you a full refund.
PROTECTION FOR YOU
All correspondence with our clients is made in writing for your protection. We will detail the information you supply to us to ensure you are happy with the way in which your consultation will be conducted.

We will only use your personal details for the purpose of your consultation and ensure they are kept safe and secure for the time in which we are working with you.

In the unlikely event you feel you haven’t received the service you are happy with, we’d like to know and will try our best to rectify the matter with you. It is always helpful if you are very clear about what you would like to achieve at the beginning of working with us.

EJK Style Consultancy reserve the right to make amendments to bookings at any time where necessary and where it is in the best interest of you, the client.
